The original append-only CHECKPOINTS and TXT runbooks contain superseded statements. They were reconciled into current pages; they are not imported as competing operational instructions. Withdrawn IAM proposal/provisioner files, customer screenshots, dumps, raw logs and temporary validation programs are excluded.

Old worktree-linux.py and fixed-port search-engine.sh belong to earlier setup stages. Active Orca workflows supersede them. The root bootstrap/verify scaffolding was not deployed and did not establish full reconstruction or matching tools and access; it is intentionally not presented as a working universal installer.

Marked inventory-table blocks in host pages come from inventory JSON. Run npm run generate after changing those facts; the check command rejects stale tables. Explanations and repair instructions stay in Markdown.

Architecture node links come from each inventory record’s page. The build produces the explorer and per-view text/JSON exports from the same LikeC4 model. Generated files under public/architecture are ignored; never edit them directly. The architecture guide links all formats.
